01 / Start small

Your everyday
admin starter kit.

Three practical resources. Pick the one that makes this week a little easier.

01 · A 20-minute routine

The weekly reset

Gather loose ends, check what’s coming, and choose a short list you can actually finish.

02 · A place to begin

The document map

Know where important records live and what needs a second look. Keep the records in your own secure storage.

03 · A reusable spreadsheet

The recurring-task list

Give renewals, household tasks, and regular check-ins an owner and a next date.

02 / A rhythm you can live with

Get it out.
Sort it out.
Get back
to life.

01 /

Capture the loose ends.

One list for the things you keep remembering at the wrong moment. Paper, a note, a spreadsheet—use what you already have.

02 /

Give the important things a home.

Turn a vague worry into a specific action, date, or place to find information. Share the responsibility when you can.

03 /

Leave space for living.

A useful system has a stopping point. Take care of what matters, then protect time for people, rest, and the unplanned.

03 / A few good questions

Keep it simple.

Admin of My Life is an independent project exploring practical ways to make everyday obligations easier to manage.

Do I need a new app?

No. The guides work with paper or tools you already use. The recurring-task CSV opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.

Are these resources really free?

Yes. The starter kit is available without an account, payment, or email signup. Future resources will be described when they are ready.

What happens to information I enter?

The weekly checklist and notes stay in the current page. They are not sent to a server or saved between visits. Print or save a PDF before closing if you want to keep your work.

What if my admin feels overwhelming?

Start with one thing that has a clear next step. The reset is a suggestion, not a scorecard. A five-minute version is still useful.
